Derek the bartender at Bar Louie was so sweet and so accommodating I’ll be back just because of him! Great and personal customer service

This place is by far the worst bar I have ever been too. We sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes to even get greeted, then after ordering it took another 10 minutes to get the drinks. Never mind even ordering food or anything else. The bar had dirty glasswear all around our seats as if we weren’t even here.

Fun atmosphere for an nice weekend dinner. Good food at a very reasonable price. Good week day offers for a weekday night out. A step up from your classic sports bar

I really like this place. First of all, it's huge, so it's never hard to get a table. Drinks are reasonably priced and generally very good. The menu is just OK, though as it tends to feel stale. It consists mostly of carb-heavy choices, frozen burgers and factory made (feeling) sandwiches. It all just feels so 1990's. Most of the time I've spent here had been for late night drinks & an app. or to listen to the bands that they feature on Saturday nights. I have no plans to stop coming here, but I also have no plans to start coming for dinner.

Spacious bar/eatery. Friendly, accommodating staff. Great selection of things to eat and drink and the prices are moderate. When we want to go out to a neighborhood place to have a drink and grab a bite, this place is always high on the list, because they make it easy.

Over priced for medicore food that I could prepare better at home. The cocktails had barely and alcohol and the flatbread we recieved was stale and had obviously sat for a bit. All in all was a let down and will not be returning, even as an invite to a friends birthday party because over-all this was over-hyped and a letdown.

Good spot for drinks and bar food after work. Plenty of space. Reasonable prices. Service was good for what you’d expect on a weekday.

I wanted to love this place. Saturday live music awesome touch. Drinks delicious. Apps... Eh at best. Waiter... Rude and seemed like he couldn't be bothered by us. I felt uncomfortable. Like I said, really wanted to love it there.

Great place for burgers on Tuesday. Can't beat the price or the portions. A wide variety of drinks.

I normally love every experience I have had at Bar Louie, but this particular dining experience was horrible. We had to sit ourselves, weren't asked if it was our first time there, our burgers were borderline hockey pucks (we asked for medium rare), waitress (if she can really be called that) never asked if we needed anything or if everything was ok, I had to get up and ask the bartender for water (we both ordered alcoholic beverages) and the server just put the check down and never said to have a good night. The worst part was that they weren't busy at the time of our dining and the waitress was actually on her cellphone at a back table.

First time coming since they opened. This experience was a thousand times better. Speedy friendly service! The menu was super tasty! There must have been a change in management recently. MUCH better than I expected. Would definitely come back.

Megan was my server and she was awesome. Suggested the chicken nachos as an app and they were amazing.

Went last night with friends, waiter not friendly , never came back to check on us and my Hamburger was not only under done it was the worst tasting one I have ever had. No seasoning and had a funny taste. Finally after waving someone down ( not our waiter) no where to be found I got a new burger 15 minutes or more later. Terrible food and service experience. Plus their bathrooms were gross Shame on them ! The staff all seemed as if they were lost. Looks run down I’m surprised it’s still open

From yesterday going to wayback burgers to this place was like night and day. Terrible food, table and restroom was dirty. This is definitely not a place to go if you are looking for good food. The only plus was a large beer was 6.75

Great place for drinks with friends after work. The food is okay; I would say it's fairly typical of standard bar food. Plenty of space, not crazy crowded, attentive wait staff & convenient location.

The service is very slow not at the bar. And the entrees are not that good but the appetizers are okay. The bar is well priced and the service at the bar is good. If it was just a bar I'd give it a 4 star rating.

Burgers and tots are amazing. Tried the Smores Martini and it was out of this world the first time I had it. Second time was a different bartender so the drink was a bit Too strong but still yum enough.

Service was terrible, stood there in the doorway and not even a hello from the bartender behind an almost empty bar looked to seat ourselves because someone had to "locate" the hostess. If the waiters/waitresses do not like their job they should find a new one instead of being completely rude and behaving like they couldn't be bothered. You would think a place like that would have an amazing after work crowd, but the service says it all, I know I have no intentions of going back.

4 strikes. You’re out!I’ve gone to Bar Louie four times in the past several months - mostly after work cocktails with friends . Drinks are usually good and no complaints about the reheated frozen food. BUT GEEZ THE SERVICE. I hate having to ask for everything such as plates, silverware, and a napkin when given appetizer at the bar. I shouldn’t have to ask for another drink, water, the check. I shouldn’t be ignored when I walk into an establishment - no greeter- and I Shouldn’t be given my check without an itemized bill. (Sorry if I Shorted you your tip. That is way to much math to work out after two effen good martinis). The final straw...got a burger to go for a family member. I don’t even know how this happens, but there was a piece of someone’s used hamburger bun in the to-go bag.

Was whim wham wazzle fun times. Always a nice place to catch a bite.

Decent place.... decent food.... decent atmosphere. Very mediocre vibe but the food was good.

It was good, I sat at the bar to have a meet up with a friend. The music was not too loud, and the bartender was very attentive. The food was also tasty. It was almost impossible to select a beer because they had so many to choose from!

Fantastic establishment. Food was great, atmosphere was awesome, staff was attentive, and the music was excellent. Will be returning here.

First time visit. Appetizers were delicious, $5 burgers were huge and tasty. Drinks could be better, drank 3 Martinis and I felt like I was drinking juice. Ambience is minimal, it's a large bar. I'll go again, just wants some good drinks next time.

My friend and I came for a couple of drinks and snacks. While she said the veggie burger was incredible, the fish for my fish and chips entree was overcooked and chewy. The bathroom was also appalling, it looked and smelled like it had not been cleaned in several days and one of the stalls didn't have any toilet paper. Stick to the appetizers and maybe use the restroom somewhere else.

Oh my god the churros. That bourbon leche sauce is amazing. So so so good!

Great bar with great service! Love their beer selection. Plus if you're vegetarian there are options! My husband loves the California Chicken Club but as a wrap. The bartenders are awesome. Love coming here.

I enjoy the atmosphere and the food is good. My corner of the bar has been forgotten by the bartenders in a few of my visits, and the high prices of beer are what keep me from rating it higher. From 4-7 during happy hour, with a good bartender I give the place 5 stars.

Large place, seemed a little disorganized. Food was ok, nothing really to write home about. Drinks were tasty but light on alcohol. Good beer selection. Its a little out of the way for me so probably won't be going back soon. They apparently do have live music but not this saturday night.

The great thing about this place is the amount of options for seating. My favorite go to for a quick bite at the bar. I am also enrolled in their text program which, text offers to my phone! I recommend you all to enroll for the awesome perks and never miss out on a deal! Great for happy hour prices you can't beat $5 apps and drinks!

Came for burger night. First time here. Place is big and really cool vibe. Over 30 beers on tap. I got a few IPAs during happy hour and some apps. Good food. Cheap beers. Would def come again.

Came here for a party. Nice space, cool bar with lots of room. Ordered the same set of drinks from 2 bartenders and got 2 different experiences. The second bartender charged us less and filled the glasses more. Minus 1 star for the first bartender. Uncool. Otherwise it was a nice space to hang out with friends.

Place is nice inside and roomy. Been there 5-6 times now and each time the bar service was terrible. Huge 360 bar and for most of the night there is 1 not so exuberant bartender who spends most of their time tending to the server staff who are waiting on tables.

Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but we could've used a more attentive bartender on the east side of the bar. That being said, it all worked out in the end. The southwest burger was off the menu but they made on for me anyway. So, that's a 5 star for me.

Only went for drinks after my late hockey game and this was the only place that was open in the area. Pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a hole in the wall bar, maybe it was the name, but really enjoyed it. Large eating at and very large bar. Tender was very nice too. We'll be back!
